Proof, not just numbers.
Agents photograph the EC8A sheet and enter the figures. Every result arrives with its GPS, device, capture time, and a file hash attached.
Election-day command system
ElectionWatch turns hundreds of field agents into one coordinated command centre — capturing polling-unit results, incidents, and voice reports even when the network drops.

One operating picture
Results, incidents, audio, and analysis arrive in one time-ordered record — from the agent standing under the sun to the desk making the next decision.
Agents photograph the EC8A sheet and enter the figures. Every result arrives with its GPS, device, capture time, and a file hash attached.
Text, photo, and one-tap SOS incidents flow into a single feed with clear severity, location, and response state.
Short recordings upload independently as they are captured. A dropped connection costs one chunk — not the whole report.
Turnout spikes, suspicious margins, rejected-vote clusters, and silent polling units surface early enough for someone to act.
A closed app or lost signal never restarts the work.
The same payload returns the same record — never a second result.
Who, what, when, and from which device, kept append-only.
How it works
A deliberately simple field flow, backed by a system that assumes connections will fail and retries will happen.
Photograph the EC8A sheet, enter the figures, add GPS and a local timestamp. The app checks the arithmetic before anything leaves the phone.
Guided capture · Validation on-deviceEverything queues in a local outbox. When signal returns, metadata, photos, and audio chunks deliver independently with exponential backoff.
Offline outbox · Idempotent retriesSupervisors review the evidence, resolve incidents, and listen to the latest audio. The command view updates without waiting for a spreadsheet.
Scoped review · Live recordsFirst deployment footprint
The first rollout covers four LGAs in Ebonyi State — every polling unit loaded, validated, and ready to be assigned. Not a sample. Not a spreadsheet waiting for reconciliation.
One agent per unit
Every polling unit has a named owner for the day.
Ward-to-command visibility
Progress rolls from unit to ward, LGA, and the full election.
Outstanding units surfaced early
See the reporting gap before it becomes a blind spot.
Reference data compiled from INEC's 2023 registered-voter and PVC lists. No GPS coordinates are assumed for polling units.
In an election, an unexplained number is dangerous. ElectionWatch makes the path from capture to command centre visible, scoped, and hard to tamper with.
A valid PIN alone is not enough. Tokens are tied to a registered device and revoked when that device is.
Agents see their polling unit. Supervisors see their ward or LGA. Administrators see the election.
SHA-256 hashes confirm the file captured is the file stored. Originals are never overwritten.
Private upload and playback links expire in minutes. Large files go directly to object storage.
Logins, result actions, reviews, and admin changes are recorded and protected from edits or deletion.
Idempotency keys turn network retries into the same record, not another version of the truth.
Election day starts before the first result
Give the field a system that keeps their work. Give the command centre a picture it can act on.
